消费者的权力

经过了多次的投诉,终于可以上线了。上星期在一气之下,发了电邮到消费者公会,E-Aduan,电讯公司才有行动。我还以为没希望的,原来,书信上的投诉可真有效!电讯公司拖了好几星期,那时候真的感受到无助,以及消费者的权力是那么的渺小。仿佛我们听他们就是了,没别的选择,我付钱,还得受罪!我不是蛮不讲理的人,致电投诉好几次都没效,朋友建议消费者公会,既然电讯公司不理我,我就在无助之下投诉致E-Aduan。那里有很多部门,从网上都可以查到,如有需要,不妨试试。

If the company still fails to respond, can consider consumer tribunal. (Court for protection of consumers' right)

Really? Hopefully not going until that stage. It was really frustrated n mentally tortured by TM. haha... so many excuses, now i am try to refund those day that i cant connect to the internet. I am not fussy, but think back the bad service that they given to me, is worth to complaint. hahha..
