清蒸蔬菜鱼

今天做了蒸鱼当午餐。打开冰箱看到还有很多蔬菜和鱼,就一锅熟,统统拿去蒸。我用了番茄,灯笼椒,金针菇和鱼一起蒸,再加上一小茶匙的橄榄油,美味香甜自创的清蒸蔬菜鱼就完成了。好吃!

Beng Hooi, 2moro this week will try fresh mushroom insteed of needle mushroom.

I do not have any idea what name should give to this special dish. Haha..
